Mike Andres

Mr. Andres joined BIA Capital as Managing Director in 2009. Prior to joining BIA Capital, Mike came from BMO Capital Markets (formerly Bank of Montreal) with 18 years experience. He was one of the primary builders of BMO’s emergence as a top financier/advisor to the media industries. During this time, he was involved in the raising and providing of senior debt, high yield and public equity, as well as providing advisory services and overseeing several private equity investments. In addition, he has served as Chief Financial Officer of Renda Broadcasting Corporation, a privately-held radio operator serving top 75 markets. Mike holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida and an M.B.A. from University of Notre Dame.

He holds the Series 7, and 63 licenses.
