Policies
- Free Passes/Credits. BIA/Kelsey CAS client free passes and/or conference credits cannot be applied to ILM Asia registration.
- Client/Member Rate. BIA/Kelsey CAS clients registering for ILM Asia qualify for the ADPAI member rate.
- Cancellation. In case of cancellation on or before Oct. 10, 25% of the total amount paid will be returned. On or after Oct. 11, a 100% penalty is applied and no amount is returned.
