Jim Sampey is chief operating officer at Cox Target Media, provider of Valpak.
Sampey joined Valpak in 1990 and now leads postal relations, customer service, and the sales and marketing teams, which includes national sales, network sales, franchise partner programs, research, brand marketing, marketing services and creative services.
Sampey has held several key leadership positions, including vice president of national sales, vice president of it, vice president of interactive promotions and executive vice president of operations. He led the project team responsible for the design and construction of the company’s $220 million Valpak Manufacturing Center.
Sampey has a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Dayton.
