Founder and Principal, Radicle Consulting
Paul Plant launched his own consulting practice in March 2010, rapidly acquiring an impressive and diverse client portfolio, which he advises on all aspects of organizational and transformational change. He previously spent almost 20 years in senior management at Yell Group, in key marketing, sales and strategic operational positions in both the U.K. and U.S.
His remit at Radicle is to provide creative strategic insight and inspiration to companies seeking hands-on guidance as they strive to respond to the numerous challenges and opportunities thrown up by today’s constantly evolving and increasingly competitive business environment.
Throughout his career, Plant has worked at the forefront of transformational business change. He was one of the first business leaders within the Yellow Pages industry to head up a new media sales operation, developing new business processes and sales approaches to ensure that SMB customers could effectively embrace and benefit from the opportunities presented by the Internet and other emerging technologies.
Today, as the corporate world anchors itself in a digital presence, his focus remains to continue to ensure that his clients are able to maximize their lead generation capabilities and optimize their operating efficiency. His publisher clients include Sensis, European Directories and Getit Infoservices. He also provides advisory services to the financial investment community and carries out occasional assignment work on behalf of BIA/Kelsey.
