This Social Local Media Advisory is the first in a series of extracts from BIA/Kelsey’s Local Commerce Monitor Wave 15 survey exploring the characteristics, attitudes, behaviors, intentions and spend patterns of SMBs operating a Facebook page. Here we focus on firmographics — the composition and features of Facebook SMBs. These qualities are often compared/contrasted against results from the LCM core sample to showcase key differences and unique trends.
