MKT FindnSave: Bringing a Silicon Valley Mind-Set to Newspaper Shopping

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

A big chunk of the newspaper industry has invested in FindnSave, a new shopping site in 114-plus markets. This week it announced the appointment of MerchantCircle Founder Ben T. Smith IV as its CEO. Smith told BIA/Kelsey that FindnSave will now serve “two constituencies — and newspapers aren’t one of them.”
