QR codes can connect users of traditional media to special Internet pages, which can engage them and even provide a marketplace of goods and services. Theoretically, they provide the best of all worlds — the reach of traditional media and the accountability of digital media. But what are some of the issues with QR codes and their adoption as advertising and e-commerce tools?
